Job Title: GM – Healthcare Business Unit
Responsibilities
·
Marketing
and sale of Medical Equipment across Nigeria.
·
Developing
relationships with key stakeholders (Government bodies, Private and Public
Health Facilities, purchasing agencies, consultants, NGO’s, private companies,
local and international donors / financing institution etc.) to understand
health priorities and identify opportunities.
·
Engaging
with senior hospital management levels (CMD, CFO, Head of Clinical Services)
and understanding customer business model and competitive offerings in the
market space.
·
Developing
and implementing mid to long term strategic plan for the territory.
·
Leading
the Idea to Market and Market to Order process.
Critical requirements:
·
10
years in selling HealthCare Solutions; 3 of those years must be at a Senior
Managerial Level.
·
At
least 3 years of verifiable track record selling Medical Equipment.
·
Knowledge
of B2B markets.
·
Experience
in leading teams.
·
Business
savvy (including financial skills).
·
Ability
to travel extensively across Nigeria.
Educational qualification:
·
Graduate
degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
·
MBA is
an added advantage.
