Job Description:

Process incoming sales orders with precision and attention to detail, verifying accuracy and completeness.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability for order fulfilment.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve any order-related issues, such as product availability, shipping delays, or customer inquiries.
Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Update order status and tracking information in the system, keeping customers informed of their order's progress.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve order fulfilment processes and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to established company policies and procedures related to order processing and inventory management.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.

Requirements:

At least seven years of experience as an Order Fulfilment Specialist/Manager, Sales Administrator, or a similar position.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring order accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
A problem-solving mindset to handle order-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
The successful candidate must be based in Abuja.
