Job Title: Business Marketer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products or services to businesses and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies targeted towards businesses, including B2B lead generation, account-based marketing, and customer retention.
Conduct market research to identify target industries, segments, and key decision-makers, and develop targeted messaging and positioning.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and support the acquisition of new business opportunities.
Create compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, tailored to the needs of business customers.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of Proven experience in business marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies for targeting businesses.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for business audiences.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
